Yet another video in my attempt to record some of the attactions, facilities, and real estate in Lethbridge and area.  This short video is part 2 taken at Henderson Lake, located in the middle of South Lethbridge.

Lethbridge Real Estate Video Series - Henderson Lake Park

 

Yet another video in my ongoing attempt to capture some of the sights, attractions, and real estate located here in Lethbridge, Alberta.  This video was also filmed the first day I was trying this out and so was using a terrible camera and it was still -20 degrees Celcius.  I might sound a bit uncomfortable talking to the camera, which would pretty much be exactly how I felt that day, lol.

Lethbridge Real Estate - Chinook Health Unit in Historic Train Station

Lethbridge Real Estate video series - Chinook Regional Health Unit commercial space in historic renovated train station.

 

This is a real cool and unique commercial property here in Lethbridge.  This building was originally an old train station which has now been completely refurbished and recycled into a modern commercial building.  Currently the building houses the local Health Unit offices.

 

Take a look at the video I made if you are interested.  I apologise for the quality as it was taken on my first day of attempting to make real estate videos and it was -20 degrees Celcius.  I have since upgraded my equipment so future videos should be of improved quality.

Lethbridge Real Estate - Southmeadows Villas Adult Condos

 

Once again, another quick video I made of a Lethbridge real estate development.  This compound is called Southmeadows Villas, and it is an adult living condo complex.  The units in it are all semi-detached (duplex style) condominiums.  All units feature an attached double garage and the units on the south back onto the Fairmont lake.

Lethbridge Real Estate - Fairmont Village Green

Village Green is an adult living condo complex located in Fairmont Park subdivision or south Lethbridge.  This little complex is one of the most affordable seniors housing option available and they are hard to come by.  When these units come on the Lethbridge real estate market they sell fast.

 

Here is a quick little video I made from the entrance to the Lethbridge condos.  It is terrible quality and was made my first day trying to figure out how to do video, so please excuse the quality and my obvious discomfort talking on tape, lol.

Lethbridge Real Estate - Manufactured Homes

Another short video I made, showing a local Lethbridge manufactured home dealer.  Here in Lethbridge we are fortunate to have 2 large manufacturers of prefabricated homes and several dealers who sell them.  These manufactured homes have come a long way from the days that they were referred to as 'trailers' or 'mobile homes'.

 

These Lethbridge homes are now build in a climate controlled indoor factory to the same construction standards as a site built home.  Many of the floor plans resemble those of local Lethbridge new home builders, with many of them designed to be set on full basements.

 

Lethbridge mortgage financing is also much easier to secure on these properties than it was in the past.  This has been a welcome change and made these properties much more accessible.

 

Check out the video if you want some info on Lethbridge manufactured homes.  I apologise for the craptastic quality of the video, it was my first day trying this out and it was -20 degrees out.  I promise to make better quality ones when it warms up.

Lethbridge Real Estate - Fairmont Villas Adult Living Condos

Lethbridge Real Estate - Fairmont Villas adult living condos

Just a quick video for my blog from the entrance to Fairmont Villas condo complex.  These are adult living condos located in the Fairmont Park subdivision in South Lethbridge, Alberta.  These condos are very nice, half of them backing onto the lake.  These condos featured attached parking garages, full basements, and modern bright construction. 

 

The complex is walled and gated with a security gate and has neighborhood watch security as well.  The location of these condos is fantastic because of the proximity being built right no the shore of Fairmont Lake, but also because it is a very short walk to commercial development such as grocery stores, restaurants, and banking.  A great place for seniors to retire to and spend their time in well managed and maintained condo property.

 

Enjoy the video, I apologise in advance for the quality as I am a total rookie when it comes to making videos and the equipment I was using was pretty craptastic.  Please feel free to offer suggestions or criticisms and let me know what I can do to make the next video better.

Lethbridge Real Estate - Fairmont Park South

Fairmont Park, or Fairmont as it is more commonly called, is a newer subdivision on the south end of Lethbridge, Alberta.  This area was developed over 10 years ago and sold extremely well.  It is located in a great spot, close to commercial and recreational opportunities and is built around a lake.  Real Estate in Fairmont still sells extremely well and the area remains in high demand.  Homes in Fairmont range from the low $300's up to near 1 million dollars for some of the mansions backing onto the lake.

 

Bear with me regarding the quality of the video, its only the 2nd time I have tried to take one and I was not only using a cheapy camera but it was -20 degrees out.  So check out the video, I appreciate and and all comments and any advice, criticism, or suggestions.

This is one of my first attempts at adding some Lethbridge real estate video content onto the internet.  It was pretty darn cold and I was using my crappy little point and shoot camera, but hopefully its not entirely terrible.  I am a total rookie when it comes to making and posting videos, so bear with me.  If you need help with making videos, dont call me, but if you are interested in Lethbridge real estate, then I'm your guy.

 

This video is a short clip of the Lethbridge Coulee Creek subdivision located in South Lethbridge.  Currently there are several builders who are putting up custom homes and some really cool floor plans available.  Keep in mind, that as a buyer, it costs you no more $$$ to utilize the services of a Realtor when buying a MLS listed new home.  Let me help represent your interests in the transaction.  Remember that the builder's salesperson works ONLY for the builder and represents ONLY the interests of the builder, NOT YOURS.
