For some fantastic reason, I handle an unusual number of estate sales. These are not only properties where the owner has passed away, but also situations when they are moving into a care facility or a seniors complex. As a result of these estate sales I meet some pretty cool people with some great stories about Lethbridge and about real estate.
Today I helped my neighbor arrange the sale of his Lethbridge home. He has lived there for 35 years, but it is time for him to move on. He is a great guy with some amazing stories. The house is a bit dated, seems to happen when you live there for so long.
In addition to this property, I have a couple other estate sale homes coming up in the next little while. Stay tuned to my blog and I will post the details on them as soon as I have them listed. Please note that I will not be giving out the details or addresses until such time as the family involved in each property authorizes me to do so.
